TOTEM Flower Essences are ancient, witchy magic that can transform you spiritually and energetically with minimal effort. TOTEM Flower Essences are bottled, liquid tinctures, designed to be taken orally via dropper, and are made of 80% filtered water and 20% grain alcohol with plant matter. Rachel recommends 1-3 drops a day, on the tongue or in water. Please take note of any allergies to the specific plant material, and/or any issues with very small doses of grain alcohol (used to stabilize and sterilize).

SESSION
A TOTEM Energy Session is an immersive, magical experience frequently described by clients as “psychedelic”. A TOTEM Energy Session combines a unique mixture of Reiki, Shamanism, Meditation, Mediumship, and Channeling. In this session, Rachel will take steps to balance your chi (primal life force energy) evenly across your chakras. Rachel specializes in energetic “diagnostics”, cutting energy cords, and removing any energetic attachments that may be negatively impacting the client. These sessions can include shamanic soul part recollection efforts, meaningful downloads from spirit guides, and tremendous levels of detail around a ”go forward” plan, including optimal flower essences, crystals, and other tools for the client to leverage on their own to maintain the work established in the session. Rachel will send detailed information- including a required Waiver of Liability- ahead of this session, so please be sure to schedule at least one week out to accommodate this pre-work and level-setting. If applicable, Rachel will either refer client to sources for herbal remedies OR will directly provide organic, hand-made herbal remedies for the client, including but not limited to TOTEM Flower Essences, tinctures, and/or proprietary blends of herbal tea.
